Volunteers Wanted

Helping older people in the area to continue to lead meaningful lives is a rewarding way of contributing some of your spare time to society. As our workload increases more volunteers are needed to work in the community, or help in the shop.

The people who join our friendly team are not only helping us to help the older people in our communities but also find that they widen the circle of their friends. We are looking for:

• Shop Assistants
• Befrienders - for home visiting
• Fundraisers

Although past experience may be needed for some volunteer roles, training is provided for Volunteer Befrienders. We undertake a variety of fundraising activities; you simply need to want to have fun!
